Geographic Policing

The Rockford Police Department, through the support of the City Council, awarded a police consulting contract to the PAR Group to review and implement an enhanced work process improvement for the Department and its delivery of police services.  The PAR Group police consultant, Alex Weiss, has worked with the staff of the Department, along with City staff, citizens and elected officials since his work began in late 2008.
