To enroll in online bill pay, you will need your Customer Number and Account Number and 5 digit zip code. These numbers are located on the upper right hand corner of your bill.

The City will no longer take a written credit card number on a water bill that is mailed in. This process has been changed for security purposes. Please use the online or phone features if you would like to pay by credit card.
Pay - By Phone
The City of Rockford now takes phone payments:
Pay over the phone by dialing 1-877-296-1495. You will need your nine digit account number and your eight digit bill number to begin the process. There are no additional fees associated with phone payments.
