Overview
The Mechanical Board is established to serve as the board of appeals for both the mechanical and plumbing divisions, review mechanical license applications and grade license exams, recommend new legislation to City Council as may be considered necessary, determine the suitability of alternate material or equipment and to permit deviations from the mechanical code, and receive and consider suggestions for revision and/or improvements to the mechanical code.
