2026 Annual Action Plan: In preparation for the 2026 Federal funding allocations from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Rockford held Public Hearings. The presentations from each hearing is below.
As of October 13th, the documents below were made available for public review and comment. The comment period ends on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Please submit all comments to Andrea Hinrichs, Housing and Program Manager of the City of Rockford Community & Economic Development Department.
