The purpose of the Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is to report the City's financial information in a clear, concise manner giving all readers, both financial and non-financial, an understanding of where the revenue comes from and where dollars are being spent. The PAFR summarizes the financial activities of the City. It is drawn from a more detailed report called the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
